Somatic Experiencing, SE for short, is a body-oriented therapeutic technique for healing trauma and other stress disorders.

In this intro workshop, we will learn the basics of the ANS (autonomic nervous system), it’s relationship with mind and why their connectivity is a vital piece to our overall vitality.

In this workshop, we will explore personal values, identifying what we are “for” and how to notice the ways we are investing the limited resource of ourself (time, focus, energy, finance, etc), in all areas of our life, with an emphasis on relationships.

According to the NIH (National Institute of Mental Health) in 2023 an estimated 19.1% of U.S. adults experienced a diagnosed anxiety disorder in the past year, higher for females (23.4%) than for males (14.3%). An estimated 31.1% with numbers on the rise, of U.S. adults experience anxiety disorder at some time in their lives.
